- Externally Mounted Trandenser -

This particular Trandenser is specifically designed to be mounted external to the distributor if so equipped. Typically it is mounted directly on the coil using the original condenser clamp. The short 4" red lead is connected to the negative terminal of the coil, and th 27" black lead is routed to the breaker points. As with all PointSaver/Trandenser products, the OEM condenser is discarded.
